Welcome to SpendFix, a personal expense tracking and financial management application developed by Shreeji Fintech. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
We collect Personal Info (Name, Email, Photo, User ID), Financial Information (Income, Expenses, Budgets, Reports), Device Info (Model, OS, Crash logs), and access Camera/Gallery only with your permission for receipt uploads.
Used to manage accounts, authenticate logins, store financial records securely, generate analytics, sync data, send notifications, and improve app performance.
We use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crash Reporting. These may collect limited device info as per Google's policy.
We receive your Name, Email, and Profile Picture for authentication. We never access your Google password.
Used only for uploading receipts, bills, or updating profile pictures. Never accessed without your permission.
Requests permission to send bill, payment, and budget reminders. Can be disabled in your settings.
Required for authentication, data syncing, connecting to Firebase, and receiving secure updates.
Data is stored securely via cloud services. We use industry-standard practices, though no electronic transmission is 100% secure.
We do not sell or trade information. Limited data is shared only with trusted providers like Google Firebase and Play Services.
We retain info as long as your account is active. Data is removed from active systems upon account deletion, subject to legal requirements.
SpendFix is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
You can access, update, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
We use Google Firebase and Google Play Services. Each has its own independent privacy policy.
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data. Users are responsible for their login credentials.
